I'd personally try and find DID/OSDD systems here who have made tulpas/have experience in tulpamancy. You can always ask here in #tulpa-questions

Median is where the parts of the system are not as distinct as a "normal" system; where the alters are all "facets" of the same person, or who consider themselves the same person.
I feel like it's more of a personal question than anything else, because the tulpa-specific answer is anything you'd do with a friend. our personal suggestion is beating any of the fire boy and water girl games with one person controlling each hand though
Luminesce: Playing Divinity: Original Sin 2, which is an up-to-four-players turn-based game where you can choose to create and play with 4 custom characters (requires a trick of launching the game 4 times, joining your own LAN game, and then closing 3 of the windows to leave just one controlling them all), is far and beyond my #1 tulpa-friendly video game recommendation(edited)

If your tulpa/you/etc. don't mind playing as preset characters instead of "themselves" no tricks are required

But we made four of us as custom characters and played like that and it was awesome

The preset characters have bonus unique storylines, though, so either way works(edited)

But when playing multiplayer, of course, everyone is allowed to create their own custom character, potentially leaving zero named characters in the story (their sub-stories are just bonus content)

So, you can open 4 games at once on one PC (run the .exe from the folder), create 4 custom characters, have them all join your game as a "LAN" multiplayer session, and then quit out of three of the games, leaving one window in control of all 4 characters (because existing players gain control of any NPC party members)(edited)

If you had to actually run 4 instances of the game at once and alt-tab I probably wouldn't recommend it so highly as a host+tulpas game, lol

Luminesce: You can also just play singleplayer normally if you or your tulpas don't mind playing as the named story characters, but getting to kind of make yourselves is nice(edited)

You can take your turns with possession easily, or just having the host communicate with tulpa(s) constantly, or... you could try to switch every turn

We did that, and it literally made us dizzy and is the only time we ever got confused on who was switched in in 10 years lol (but it took like an hour+ for us to get to that point, I'd say we held out pretty well)

So yeah, maybe don't switch for every single person's turn. Switching occasionally and letting one person control all 4 characters, while just talking to their systemmates, would be the best way to incorporate switching.
